What is Filipino Freethinkers?
We are a group of freethinking Filipinos, composed of atheists, agnostics, deists, and secular humanists. We invite other like-minded individuals to join a growing community where there is Freedom to express your individuality, Friendship in shared interests and hobbies, and Forums to discuss and debate relevant topics within the guidelines of freethinking.
What is the First Filipino Freethinkers Forum?
Tentatively scheduled on February 28, 2009, the First Filipino Freethinkers Forum aims to gather freethinkers from all over the Philippines to share a day dedicated to freethinking.
Freethinkers from all walks of life will present, lecture, and facilitate discussions ranging from the personal (What is the best way to come out as an atheist?) to the political (What is the status of secularism in the Philippines?).
There will also be snacks, games, short film clips, and a chance to exchange contacts and conversations, all in the spirit of fun and friendship.
How can I join?
